Vbarre is a class designed to tone, trim and transform the body with a fusion of cardio , pilates and resistance training. Kettlebell workouts combine the benefits of dumbbell training with high intensity cardio! Kettlbelles are ideal for explosive exercises  that work major muscle groups, increase balance, strength, and endurance. Because of the unique shape of the kettlebell, everything from  your grip to your core strength has to work harder to control the moves, which means your body will burn more calories during this class compared to  your traditional weight training  session!
