Group Power is a results driven strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight.
Group Power combines traditional strength exercises with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. High rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results driven work out.
Add dynamic and motivational music and it simply is the most fun you'll have strength training!

ZUMBA classes feature exotic rhythms set to high energy latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating!

Vbarre is a class designed to tone, trim and transform the body with a fusion of cardio , pilates and resistance training. Get greater results in less time with Vbarre's philosophy of dynamic movement: The art of targeting multiple muscle groups at once! By blending dynamic movements with calorie blasting cardio, Vbarre targets those trouble spots such as the hips, thighs, glutes, and core delivering one powerful workout!

Piloxing is a cardio fusion class which combines standing pilates and boxing. This 45 minute interval training class will deliver results while boosting your strength and confidence!
